At Wizhy Web Studio (WWS), we are committed to delivering world-class digital craftsmanship, pixel-perfect web engineering, and rigorous search engine optimization. We take immense pride in our work and partner closely with each client to ensure full satisfaction throughout our structured sprint process.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding service agreements, sprint retainers, milestone payments, and cancellations for transactions processed via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

2. Nature of Bespoke Digital Services

Unlike mass-manufactured physical products, Wizhy Web Studio produces highly customized, tailor-made digital assets. Every project involves:

  • Direct allocation of senior UI/UX designers and full-stack software engineers.
  • Proprietary architectural blueprints, keyword intelligence datasets, and technical audits.
  • Significant time, computational resources, and customized creative labor reserved exclusively for your brand.

Polite Notice Regarding Non-Refundability

Because our services involve immediate dedication of specialized engineering hours, custom design sprints, and non-recoverable intellectual effort upon project kickoff, all project advance retainers, sprint deposits, and milestone fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Refund Policy Terms

🚫 Work Commenced

Once discovery, design wireframes, code architecture, or SEO auditing has started, payments for the active sprint cannot be refunded.

🔄 Iterative Revisions Included

To guarantee your vision is achieved, every sprint includes dedicated revision rounds before code deployment or staging sign-off.

⏳ Pre-Kickoff Cancellations

If a written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment and before any project kickoff or onboarding work begins, an 85% refund will be granted (less 15% gateway & administrative handling fees).

🛠️ Duplicate Transactions

Accidental duplicate payments made via Razorpay will be refunded in full (100%) to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation Process & Retainers

Clients may choose to discontinue a multi-phase project or monthly SEO maintenance retainer at any time by giving 14 days written notice to techwizhy@gmail.com.

  • Completed Milestones: No refunds are issued for previously approved and delivered milestones.
  • Future Unstarted Sprints: Any advance funds held on deposit for future sprints that have not commenced will be returned or credited towards other studio services.
  • Monthly Retainers: Monthly retainer cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Retainer fees for the ongoing active month are non-refundable.

5. Milestone Approvals & Our Quality Guarantee

To protect both parties and ensure complete alignment, our process relies on strict milestone gate-checks:

  1. Design Approval: You review and approve interactive Figma/HTML prototypes before full development commences.
  2. Staging Review: You review the fully functioning website on a private staging URL before public launch.
  3. Final Handover: Production deployment, domain pointing, and source code transfer occur after your final sign-off.

If at any stage you feel the deliverable does not match the agreed brief, we will provide additional revisions within scope to resolve any discrepancies.

6. Dispute & Chargeback Resolution

We value transparent, open communication. If you have any concerns regarding an invoice or deliverable, we request that you contact us immediately at techwizhy@gmail.com before initiating any dispute with your financial institution or Razorpay. We are dedicated to addressing all client queries constructively and professionally.
